You get a name and a number to call when there is a problem. One of our trained professionals is assigned to your company and is responsible for keeping your business running, even when you are not aware that a problem has developed.
What is your Administrator responsible for doing?

Availability monitoring and performance of your network. ANS servers will monitor your critical business systems and notifies a trained technician in the event a critical failure has occurred and will proactively initiate a ticket for resolution…your administrator takes care of everything.

ANS servers constantly watch your network for trouble, and then send that information to our engineers. Those servers watch your network connectivity, desktop, server performance, and patch status.

My Admin comes on an annual support agreement determined by the results of the network assessment ANS engineers perform. This assessment is the critical piece of information necessary to let our managers know where to begin.
The cost of these assessments is determined by the number of servers and workstations you have on your network. This comprehensive assessment is the only way into a truly managed solution agreement where you can rest easy knowing your network is professionally managed. When our engineers are completed, you will have a valuable report detailing the inventory of your network, the systems, the risks, and an action plan that you could take with you and implement even if you didn’t partner with ANS.
